What does the online platform process look like?
Should you choose to use our online platform or be required to use it by one of our partners as part of a larger process, there may be some variance in the process you'll experience, as illustrated by the graphic below:
Step one
Every new customer will start by registering on our website and completing a Goldseam asset profile, whether you have been directed toward Inngot by a lender or a business advisor.
If you have been provided with a promotional/discount code, this should be entered at the point of registration.
Step two
NatWest customers, or those hoping to benefit from an IP-backed loan with NatWest, will be required to move onto step two. With this stage, our moderation team will review your Goldseam IP profile and get in touch with you to discuss any feedback. Once we are all in agreement that your profile is complete and you have provided us with the authority to share it. it will be passed onto your NatWest relationship manager so that they may begin their checks with a view to progressing toward an Agreement in Principle.
Step three
NatWest customers will return to Inngot to complete their Sollomon IP valuation if they receive their Agreement in Principle.
HSBC and all other customers can progress onto Sollomon as soon as they feel they have successfully completed their Goldseam profile.
If any promotional/discount codes were not entered at registration, they can be entered on the Sollomon purchase screen so that the relevant discount is applied to the purchase.
When all of the inputs have been made into the Sollomon platform, each customer will receive access to their unverified valuation reports. At this point, the Moderation team will review the report, compile a feedback email and deliver that email within 2 working days of the initial valuation completion. This feedback can be discussed, and once agreement has been reached about any required amendments, and those amendments have been made, the valuation report will be verified.
For HSBC customers, this will mean the their report is shared with their relationship manager to inform their loan application.
NatWest customers will move into step four.
All other customers will end their journey with Inngot for the time being.
Step four
Once the Sollomon valuation has been moderated and feedback discussed, NatWest customers can then move onto our Hallmarq collateral suitability check.
Once again, our Moderation team will review the completed report and discuss any feedback with you. When any required amendments have been made and your authority to share has been received, we will share both completed Sollomon and Hallmarq reports with NatWest to inform their credit application process.
