What will I need to have to hand to use your platform?

Goldseam asset profile

To complete Goldseam you will need:

1. Company information, including the registered number and address.
2. A complete list of all the registered rights (patents, trademarks etc.) that apply to the IP you are profiling.

Goldseam is free to use.

Appraise action plan

Once you've completed your Goldseam profile you won't need anything else to access your interactive action plan. All you will need to do is buy Appraise for £95 + VAT. Once it's paid for, Appraise will automatically update every time you make changes to Goldseam.

Sollomon IP valuation

For your Sollomon valuation you'll need to have your accounts or a standard business plan to hand, including:

1. 3 - 5 years-worth of forecasts
2. Historic data for the last 3 years (for revenue-generating customers)
3. Investment costs

Sollomon costs £795 + VAT, to be paid after Goldseam has been completed and before you begin your financial inputs in Sollomon itself.

Hallmarq collateral suitability check

Aside from some basic historic turnover questions, Hallmarq requires the inclusion of information like market competitors, social media and digital activity, and licensing arrangements, most of which should be available in a standard business plan.
