Sollomon IP valuation and what to expect

Inngot's Sollomon® valuation gives trading businesses the opportunity to easily, quickly and affordably express how successful their IP assets are.

Our Sollomon platform uses three calculation methods:

1. The income-based calculations use the relief from royalty method to indicate what someone else would pay to license your IP assets from you;
2. Cost-based calculations use accounting-based amortisation principles to reflect the present-day value of your historical investments, and;
3. In some markets we also provide a market comparison benchmark, providing a figure based on analysis of the average pre-money value of companies in a similar activity sector and development stage

Working alongside the Goldseam asset profile, for £795 + VAT Sollomon only requires the input of financial data found in a standard business plan. Once completed, valuations will be delivered immediately and then moderated by our in-house specialists before it is finalised for use.
