Which lenders do you work with?

Currently, we are working with both NatWest and HSBC in the UK, providing support for their IP-backed lending propositions.

  • The NatWest High Growth IP Loan proposition is aimed at SMEs and scale-ups that are experiencing high growth. Inngot provides support for potential lenders using our Goldseam, Sollomon and Hallmarq platforms.
  • The HSBC Growth Lending proposition is designed to help high-growth, loss-making tech scale-ups that have a clear path to profitability and a proven track-record of sales.

Do I have to bank with NatWest or HSBC to apply for an IP-backed loan?

No. If you meet the eligibility criteria then we may be able to put you in touch with one of our lending partners to start the application process.

The preliminary eligibility criteria are that:

  • Your business is registered in England or Wales;
  • Your IP is strong and at the core of business activities;
  • You are generating revenue;
  • And demonstrating around 20% year on year growth for the last 2 years or more.

What does the process look like?

If you don't already bank with NatWest or HSBC then you'll need to complete a Goldseam IP profile first. We will complete some initial checks and review your profile, coming back to you with any feedback to ensure that your profile is accurate and robust. With your permission, we will then share your profile with the most appropriate lender, who will contact you directly with any additional questions or documentary requirements.

In the event that you are successful in receiving an Agreement in Principle, you will be directed back to Inngot to make a start on a valuation of your IP.
